Hi, I'm Louie.
My interest in the pool service business actually started with my own pool.
When our pool equipment started having issues, I was frustrated by the lack of communication about what was happening and what needed attention. That experience showed me how important it is to have a pool guy who actually keeps you informed.
I then had the opportunity to learn from an experienced pool professional who took pride in both water chemistry and customer service. I worked alongside him for several months, learning the business hands-on and seeing what dependable pool care should look like.
I'm also a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) and a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, where I earned my degree in Business Management. I believe knowing how to take care of a pool is just as important as knowing how to run a business and take care of customers.
That's what led me to start Espo's Pool Service. I wanted to build a company where homeowners could count on consistent weekly pool cleaning, attention to detail, and straightforward communication from the person actually maintaining their pool.
